Situated on a 1\/2 acre, which is shared with the owner, the property is within walking distance of a general store, canoe\/kayak\/SUP rental, two boat launches, a public wharf, a sandy public beach, tennis courts and a play ground. The Beach House is a scenic 10 minute drive from Nelson, “the best small arts town in BC”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the local attractions include world class skiing at Whitewater and Red Mountain resorts, world class golfing in Nelson, Balfour and Kootenay Bay, Ainsworth Hot Springs, Kokanee Provincial Park (including a zip line), Kokanee Glacier, fishing, Kokanee Marina, nature trails for mountain biking, hiking and cross country skiing, a canoe builder and a canoe\/kayak\/ SUP and marine supply store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
